About
Flario declared independence in February 24, 2018 as a federation. After many months of inactivity, Flario changed it's government to something like a Constitutional Monarchy. It has already been about two months since the government shifted. Now Flario is restarting it's diplomacy throughout the micronational community.
It is currently allies with all LoMN members. I uses their currency, the Numus, but they weren't minted yet. They are 51.50 Monero in Flario. They don't have a bill but they have a virtual form. They are given in the form of checks to be exchanged for the Monero.
In terms of citizenship, these are the requirements:
1. Can speak Spanish, Esperanto, Filipino, or English well
2.Does not have a criminal record
Flario has a Parliament and House of Lords. They are both equal but their heads aren't. The Grand Duke is the Head of State and of the Lords. Ironically enough, his bills must be voted on by the Lords. Parliament is headed by The Prime Minister. Any bill made by him is passed to the Grand Duke. The Parliament also houses the Cabinet, which advises the Prime Minister on bills to write and/or approve or turn down. They include the Commissioners and Ministers. The Prime Minister currently is Catalina Benitez, grandmother of Jerard I, Grand Duke of Flario. The Parliament also comprises of low and high parliament members. They are like senators and congressmen in republics. Lords, unlike the Parliament, aren't voted on but instead are appointed by the Grand Duke. They are the Dukes, Marquis, Counts, and Viscounts. Dukes however are appointed by this rule: "The eldest sibling, the youngest cousin on the mother's side, and the eldest cousin on the father's, shall become dukes and/duchesses.", however there is one exception. If one or more is missing, example the Grand Duke has no siblings, he will appoint on his discretion.
